my girls are kicking ass. Sure , they grunt a bit and don't like me for the moment , but what trainer hasn't gotten that before. That is after all why I'm there. To motivate and push you to that limit that you wouldn't yourself. Their intensity , cardio , stamina and endurance are improving so much more every time that we've been stepping it up to longer runs down the block. Light weight training and my favorite , boxing. Of course the final part of the workouts are abs. No ones favorite really , but it must be done! There really is no choice. They're all good
sports about it. The best part of the workout is the delicious , light and healthy breakfast that Marissa prepares for us afterward. It varies from week to week. Last week she made sprouted wheat bagels with tofu cream cheese called tofutti , toss some sliced tomatoes, alfafa sprouts and cucumbers on them. Delicious and fulfilling!
